What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we receive the information you enter — your name, company, email, phone number, the requirement you select and any details you type. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) from our web host, as every website does.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How the enquiry form works
This website is a static site. The enquiry form does not store your data on a server — it composes an email in your own mail application, addressed to vssenterprises1970@gmail.com, which you then send. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your email client.
Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are fetched. The map on the contact page is not loaded from Google until you click it — so no request reaches Google until you choose to view the map. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and is then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
